How much does the average girl at hooters make?

I currently live in Sydney and am planning on moving to the Gold Coast with my 2 best friends and Caitlyn and I want to work at Hooters. We saw an answer on her before about thi sone girl who made about 4000 a month and that she made mre than her full time job. We were like wow and are interested. How much do you usually make an hour? And are the tips good? Do we need an RSA if alcohol is served there? Thank you.
