My car has been sitting around?

My car has been sitting around in a garage for 1 year and 3 months. before then it had been in my garage with a 1/8 tank of gas in it for almost 1 year. Before then it was in ok condition. It was driven 1/6 of a mile 1 year ago. I realise it needs all fluids topped and a oil clean. Is there anything mre I should do. I am considering getting new tires. After sitting for almost two years my car must need some really inspection.
